At the Food And Drugs Authority, I participated in food safety monitoring and enforcement, and assisted with palm oil traceability activities.
I also assisted with food sample collection and the disposal of unsafe food products. I coordinated stakeholders for food safety meetings and programmes, and participated in field surveillance and food safety sensitization.
At Darkz Best Complex School, I implemented learning activities for preschool-aged children and created individualized learning plans. I also assessed student progress and worked with colleagues on curriculum activities.
My experience also includes customer service and sales at Madame Tussauds, classroom support at Amrahia Community School, and poultry farm work at RichJoyce Poultry Farm. I studied Family and Consumer Sciences at the University of Ghana, where I gained practical exposure to food safety monitoring, quality assurance, and HACCP principles.
