What I'm looking for

I seek teaching or research-focused roles in education or community nutrition that allow curriculum development, practical program delivery, and professional growth.

I am a dedicated Home Economics educator and food and nutrition researcher with progressive experience teaching at basic and junior high levels and consulting in food and nutrition projects. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Home Economics, an MEd in Home Economics (Food and Nutrition), and am pursuing an MPhil in Food and Nutrition at the University of Education, Winneba.

My professional history includes classroom teaching, lesson planning, student assessment, and mentoring across basic and junior high schools, plus national service and internship roles supporting higher-education instruction and food production units. I have also worked as a data entry clerk and currently consult for food and nutrition initiatives.

I bring strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, proven by an award as Best Teacher (2016/2017) and academic recognition in entrepreneurship education. I am computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and take a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.

I am passionate about counselling, nutrition & health, family life issues, and applying creative, research-driven solutions to teaching and community nutrition programs. I work well independently or collaboratively and welcome roles that enable teaching, research, and program development.
