I’m looking for a role where I can build secure, end-to-end analytics—financial models, BI dashboards, and predictive insights—while improving data governance and automation to deliver measurable impact to stakeholders.

I’m a Senior Data Analyst focused on turning complex data into clear financial models, KPIs, and dashboards. At Innovando S.R.L, I build and improve data models and database views, customize Power BI reporting, and use automation (Power Automate) to standardize reporting, governance, and SharePoint workflows.

Previously, as Data Scientist I at Banner Health, I created and monitored analytical models for oncology, built Power BI dashboards to optimize medication use, and used machine learning (decision tree) to flag the likelihood of patient readmission. Earlier, as a Clinical Solution Analyst, I delivered EHR-based reporting, implemented stored procedures for chronic-condition data pulls, and created Tableau/Power BI dashboards to evaluate program efficacy through pre/post analysis.
