What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex IT delivery, digital transformation, and multi-stakeholder programmes where I can build strong governance, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes from planning through release.

I'm currently managing end-to-end delivery for Allway HPC's education, training, innovation, and technology infrastructure programmes across South Asia. I build governance frameworks, RAID logs, resource plans, dashboards, and deployment readiness processes while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

At Tech Mahindra, I delivered nine concurrent IT projects across Europe, the UK, UAE, and Asia, leading a 14-person team across banking, telecom, mobile applications, and EdTech. I managed change requests for BBC TV Licence payment services, coordinated delivery of Mahindra Finance's Flutter-based collections app, and led GASCO's customer-experience assessment and digital transformation roadmap.

Over ten years with the British Council, I led large-scale education, digital learning, and teacher-development programmes across South India. Across 19+ years, I've translated requirements into delivery plans, managed risk and governance, and brought cross-functional teams through release and handover.
