I’m a PhD-trained neuroscientist with 7+ years of research experience and active involvement in academic publishing, from the author perspective and as a peer reviewer. I’m comfortable preparing, revising, and formatting manuscripts while navigating the peer-review process with clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Alongside my research roles, I’ve contributed to manuscript drafting, editing, journal formatting, and submission processes, and I’ve responded directly to peer-review comments to improve work for publication. I’ve also supported editorial-quality standards through careful attention to detail, structured documentation, and effective stakeholder communication with authors, reviewers, collaborators, and supervisors.

Currently, I serve as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, managing multiple projects with defined timelines and supervising junior researchers in research methodology and documentation practices. I’m now seeking to transition into an Assistant Editor position to help enable efficient, rigorous, and high-quality scientific communication.
