What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support training or learning programs and create engaging multimedia content. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value clear communication, strong organization, and real impact for learners and the public.

I’m a part-time Training Assistant and E-Learning Assistant focused on turning learning goals into smooth, accessible experiences. I support program delivery end-to-end—from course coordination and on-site assistance to digital content that helps learners engage with confidence.

In my training role, I provide administrative support for occupational safety training programmes, including course enrolment, material preparation, and daily operational documentation. I also handle front-line enquiries from trainees across industries, translating real questions into practical delivery insights.

At the HKUST Library, I produce multimedia learning materials and digital humanities projects, with hands-on work in video production and platform development. I also support initiative visibility through event promotion for programmes like the HKUST Library Digital Humanities Roadshow, using digital tools to strengthen student engagement.

Earlier roles added a public-facing and deadline-driven dimension: as a Journalist Intern, I synthesized business and technology trends into multiple news articles while coordinating with PR teams and attending press conferences. I’ve also supported high-stakes event operations and HR-related coordination, which sharpened my organization, communication, and attention to detail.
