What I'm looking for

I am seeking QA roles where I can apply automation (Java/Selenium/Cucumber), strengthen test strategy, and collaborate in cross-functional teams within fintech or consumer app environments.

I am a self-driven Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing across fintech systems and social media applications. I apply strong knowledge of testing processes, requirement analysis, and QA tooling to improve software quality.

At Jiang Xia Internet Technology Pte. Ltd. (Cyberbot), I analyze business and software requirements, design tailored test processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate functionality and monitor system performance. I create test plans and implement strategies for effective bug detection and resolution.

Previously at Hitachi eBworx, I focused on test design, execution and maintenance across BVT, UAT and regression phases, using Jira extensively and supporting web and mobile (iOS, Android, Huawei) banking systems under both manual and automation approaches.

I hold a Dual Award BSc in Software Systems Development (Cum Laude) and bring practical automation experience with Java, Selenium and Cucumber, plus strengths in documentation, test case design and project-focused QA delivery.
