As the Founder and Director of Zenith San, I have established a Queer POC-owned wellness practice that emphasizes community healing and trauma-informed care. In my previous role as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant, I provided direct support to dual CEOs in a fast-paced startup environment. I implemented organizational systems that improved operational workflow and decreased margins of error in pick pack related services by 87%. I managed onboarding processes for new clients. My experience in social media strategy and content creation has allowed me to align brand messaging effectively, while my skills in budgeting and procurement have contributed to the overall growth and efficiency of the organization. During my time in this role I was able to secured four new vendor accounts—over 50% of our total vendor partnerships—including one I personally brought in through my network.
