At NTT DATA SPAIN, I prepare prevention plans, risk assessments and preventive action plans, and deliver training on workplace harassment and general risks. I also support onboarding and serve as a point of contact for 10 assigned offices.
I coordinate emergency drills, office visits and prevention activities with external companies. My work also includes workplace accident notifications through Delt@, adverse weather protocols and psychosocial studies.
At Airbus, I supported internal and external communication for the business and commercial management team, preparing reports, presentations and press releases. I also helped coordinate corporate events and gathered post-event feedback.
Earlier, I followed up with prospective and existing clients at the Embassy of South Korea, provided direct customer service at Renfe Viajeros, and coordinated international group travel at AIPC Pandora. I hold a master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and a dual degree in International Relations and Protocol, Event Management & Corporate Communication.
