I’m a Business Analyst with experience bridging business needs, operations, and technology through SQL-based analysis, KPI reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. I translate user and operational requirements into actionable improvements by turning feedback into clear, testable next steps.

In my current freelance role as a Business Analyst & Product Analyst, I collaborate with stakeholders and the Lead Developer to gather and refine requirements, map workflows and user journeys, and challenge proposed solutions when research indicates a simpler, more effective approach. I also analyze product usage patterns to diagnose root causes (including display inconsistencies across screen resolutions) and validate usability improvements with developers and designers.

Previously, as a Supply Chain Analyst (Filtrona, 2024–2026), I redesigned SQL queries and Power BI reports, reducing a recurring 1-hour reporting task to approximately 10 minutes by eliminating manual steps. I built SQL queries and interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, investigate anomalies, and communicate insights clearly—distinguishing validated findings from working hypotheses.

Earlier, I led competitor analysis for product range redesign (Electrolux, 2020–2024), improved reporting accuracy by 15% through data source mismatch resolution, and delivered forecasting and performance tracking solutions for multiple European markets. I’ve also supported logistics and regulated operations through incident/risk analysis and order scheduling improvements across SAP MM/SD processes, with a consistent focus on process improvement and decision support.
