I build dependable digital experiences with a technical foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, plus hands-on training in computer packages. I’m the person who turns messy problems into clear checks, repeatable procedures, and usable outcomes.

As a Software Test Engineer, I drove end-to-end software testing for released builds—designing test cases, running smoke and sanity tests, and creating and following up bugs to closure through the OPPO portal. I also supported compliance and readiness by handling vendor licensing and coordinating device type approval work with the Communication Authority, while performing GPS and network parameter field testing.

I’m also strong in localization and quality context: I performed string localization and translation from English to Swahili for both applications and software, and I gathered market feedback and logs to help improve the next release. This mix of testing discipline and language/detail focus helps me validate features the way real users experience them.

Earlier technical roles sharpened my practical troubleshooting skills through customer service workflows and hardware repair work, including warranty checks, soldering and board/LCD replacement, Samsung portal data entry, and device flashing and software upgrading. I’ve also worked as a Videographer, handling filming and video/audio stabilization—bringing the same attention to quality into media.
