I’m looking for an enterprise-focused role where I can own solution design, lead migrations and reporting/analytics implementations, mentor technical teams, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver on-scope outcomes with strong governance.

I’m a Technical Solutions Manager in Professional Services, owning end-to-end technical solution design and architecture for complex engagements—migrations, reporting, analytics, onboarding, and implementation.

At BQE SOFTWARE (Nov 2025 - Present), I act as the senior technical escalation point across implementations, integrations, and migrations. I oversee delivery of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget execution while serving as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise and strategic customers.

From June 2022 to Nov 2025, I led teams of consultants delivering data migration strategies, ETL workflows, governance frameworks, and custom reporting solutions. I enhanced client onboarding and implementation frameworks to improve adoption, while handling escalations, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and quality assurance.

Earlier (Mar 2019 - Jun 2022), I worked as a Professional Services Consultant—configuring solutions for customer use cases, executing data migration and mapping, building custom reports/dashboards, and supporting onboarding, training, and post–go-live stabilization. I bring an Agile delivery mindset and use AI-assisted tools for planning, status updates, risk logs, dependencies, and documentation to improve clarity and delivery predictability.
