At Eva’s Initiatives for Homeless Youth, I lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audit preparation, and ERP processes. I provide strategic financial analysis, cash flow oversight, and risk management support to executive leadership and the Board.

Previously, I led organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting at Eva’s, improving reporting accuracy, budgeting standards, and business intelligence capabilities. At Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services, I supported financial reporting, procurement, cash flow forecasting, audit preparation, month-end processes, vendor relationships, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV administration.

I’ve also managed payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable, government remittances, general ledger activities, and financial analysis as a General Accountant. My work focuses on strengthening internal controls, improving reporting, and using technology to support organizational growth.
