I've automated finance reports and processes with KNIME, saving approximately nine days of labour and reducing spreadsheet errors. I also built an automated Working Estimate dashboard used for budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and project-management decisions, and centralized project closeout processes to deliver efficiency equivalent to approximately six FTEs.

Previously at OnX Enterprise Solutions, I prepared budgets up to $300M, developed revenue-recognition models, supported close and reconciliations, and produced board packages, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reporting. I worked with IT to integrate Great Plains and ChangePoint, helping reduce the month-end process from 13 days to 6 days.
