At Montrose Software, I own infrastructure end-to-end for a regulated healthcare AI platform, running an LLM API gateway and internal chat application on on-premises Kubernetes with model backends across AWS and Azure.
I operate production Kubernetes workloads with Helm, health checks, autoscaling, rollout management, and troubleshooting. I build AWS and Azure infrastructure with Terraform, including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, IAM, Secrets Manager, Azure AI/OpenAI deployments, private endpoints, and VNet peering.
Previously at Nordcloud, an IBM company, I automated AWS and Azure environments for managed-services customers in aviation, financial services, and utilities. I built event-driven automation with Lambda, Python, Boto3, and EventBridge, supported incident response and on-call operations, and implemented centralized observability with CloudWatch and Datadog.
I also bring network engineering experience from Atos, alongside AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and DevOps certifications including AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, CKA, CKAD, and Terraform Associate.
