What I'm looking for
I’m a Product & Experience Designer with ~6 years of experience designing complex enterprise systems and service-led digital platforms. I translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable workflow frameworks, interaction models, and standardized design principles—then drive end-to-end product experiences from discovery to cross-functional execution.
At ITC Infotech, I’ve led end-to-end redesign of enterprise workflows across internal platforms to simplify multi-stage operations and reduce cognitive load for high-frequency users. I build reusable design frameworks and component systems to standardize cross-team implementation, and I back decisions with stakeholder interviews and process mapping to uncover systemic inefficiencies.
