I’m an IT Operations Analyst supporting the Cariacica and Manaus offices, ensuring the availability and reliability of corporate infrastructure for 100+ users. I specialize in Windows administration, identity and access management, networking, electronic security, and corporate support, with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement.

In my role, I manage network connectivity and administer identity and access with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, enforcing organizational policies through GPOs and Conditional Access. I also led the migration of over 100 devices to Microsoft Intune with no data loss and minimal impact on productivity, while operating corporate communication, printing, and electronic security monitoring systems.

I bring a governance-first approach using Jira and Confluence for ticketing, documentation, and operational standardization. Before operations, I completed a Junior Developer experience using React and TypeScript and built supporting skills in PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, and front-end delivery under strict confidentiality and deadlines.
