I'm currently supporting Bull Mountain Construction's accounting and administrative operations, keeping financial records accurate and giving leadership timely information for operating decisions.
I manage AP/AR, payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, vendor documentation, purchase orders, contract records, budgeting, cash-flow visibility, and project-cost review. I work closely with vendors, field teams, and leadership to resolve billing discrepancies and keep project and financial information aligned.
Previously, I managed office and financial workflows at Bull Mountain Outdoor Living and Ground Control, including bookkeeping support, job-cost documentation, internal reporting, payroll, and recurring business processes across service divisions.
My earlier work at BeaconMedaes / Atlas Copco strengthened my experience with purchase orders, credits, rebills, CRM data, vendor coordination, customer issues, and process improvement. I bring a practical, detail-focused approach to building organized financial workflows that can be traced, reviewed, and reconciled efficiently.
