I've represented Georgetown Center on National Security at intergovernmental events and produced policy analysis for government and civil society counterparts across post-conflict jurisdictions. My work includes comparative legal matrices on AI governance, digital platform accountability, transitional justice, and international law frameworks adopted by international coalitions.

Across GIZ South Sudan, SIHA, FIDA, and government institutions, I've coordinated bilateral and multilateral engagement with UN agencies, the African Union, diplomats, ministries, and security actors. As an advocate admitted in Kenya and South Sudan, I bring 15 years of East Africa and Horn of Africa experience in diplomatic communication, foreign policy research, gender-responsive peace and security work, and cross-border legal compliance.
