Gabriel Davis

I've supported UNDP, USAID, and DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group on international development, congressional advocacy, humanitarian aid, and Gulf commercial analysis. At UNDP, I led development of a congressional advocacy strategy and produced a 200-page political economy analysis for senior leadership.

My work combines Arabic-language research, mixed methods, and practical policy delivery. As a Fulbright research grantee in Jordan, I conducted two IRB-approved field studies on forced displacement, including 29 Arabic interviews with Syrian refugees and NGO professionals, while connecting implementers and policymakers to monitoring, evaluation, and grant-proposal outcomes.

I've also built and led organizations and analytical teams, including founding The Overseas Dispatch, managing 42 volunteers, and supporting intelligence research for Control Risks, Amentum, and the Institute for the Study of War. I bring experience in strategic communications, project design, data analysis, and human security across the Middle East and North Africa.
