At University of Maryland Extension, I built the Marylanders Online technology program from the ground up and lead its $6M+ portfolio across five workstreams. I established its operating model and delivery systems, and scaled service to 25,025 calls at 94% resolution over two operating years.
I advise executives with decision memos and performance reporting, and introduced AI-enabled self-service and triage workflows with governance, security, and accessibility controls. Previously, at Seefar Enterprise, I directed a $10M+ multi-country portfolio during startup and growth; my work also spans technology, law, regulatory risk, and international programs.
