At Vietnam Silicon, I tested Intelligent Insight, an agriculture-focused AI platform. I analyzed chatbot requirements, designed cases for conversation flows and edge cases, and checked responses for issues such as hallucinations and privacy violations.
I built Claude skills to support test plans, test design, and reporting, and tested APIs with Postman. At CyberLogitec, I reviewed requirements using a shift-left approach and performed regression and smoke testing with Cypress and Playwright.
Earlier, I tested the NightWalker and SUPERVIVE games at Nexon Networks Vina, where I also created a Power Automate tool and supported team processes. I’ve used SQL for database validation and hold ISTQB CTFL and a Certificate in Manual Testing.
