Bandiswa Vilane

I am Bandiswa Carol Vilane, an innovative and creative individual with a strong background in Industrial Psychology. My journey began at a young age when I published my first book at 16, earning the title of the youngest author in Eswatini. This experience honed my analytical skills and instilled a diligent work ethic that I carry into every task I undertake.

With a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial Psychology (UKZN) and my BCOM HONS. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (UNISA), I have developed a robust understanding of organizational development, training, and recruitment. My work as a columnist for the Eswatini Times and my role as a Research Assistant have further sharpened my communication and analytical abilities, allowing me to address social issues effectively and contribute meaningfully to my community.

I thrive in collaborative environments, valuing teamwork and open communication. My experiences, including job shadowing at UNAIDS and serving on the Board of Directors for various organizations, have equipped me with the skills to implement systems that enhance efficiency and resolve conflicts. I am dedicated to producing excellent results and am eager to embrace new challenges that will allow me to grow professionally.
