I handle high-severity production incidents through root cause analysis and troubleshooting with Kubernetes logs, Splunk, and Unix tools. I also manage CI/CD deployments using Jenkins and UrbanCode.
I implemented automation using cron jobs and Shell scripting, and strengthened monitoring with Splunk alerting. I also led and mentored a five-member operations team across MNP and MFT functions.
