At Galereya Novostroek, I lead seven designers and freelancers, overseeing workload planning, task distribution, and final quality review for high-volume real-estate creative.

I cut project delivery from two weeks to one by introducing a design system, reusable Bitrix24 templates, and a single review gate. I also rebuilt production around AI, reaching roughly 60 unique, on-brand assets per month and creating an internal Claude Code HTML tool that removed YouTube-thumbnail production from the design queue.

Previously, at Kaizen Strategic Agency, I led teams of up to four designers across more than 50 branding, marketing, and real-estate projects. I mentored designers, established growth paths, and introduced the team to emerging AI tools through internal Midjourney and ChatGPT workshops.

Across Galereya Novostroek, Freedom Finance Global, and freelance work, I’ve delivered brand identities, performance creative, presentations, packaging, print, digital campaigns, architectural visualizations, and developer materials.
