At finera., I build and evolve the brand system used across product, marketing, and sales, including guidelines, component libraries, templates, and asset libraries that improve consistency without slowing teams down.

I lead employer branding, company-wide communications, and creative strategy, extending finera.’s visual identity into exhibitions and spatial environments for major industry events. I also direct trade-event creative from pre-event teasers through live social content and post-event recaps, and design landing pages and performance marketing banners.

My work spans brand identity, website design, art direction for photo and video, illustration, and concept art. I bring a systems-thinking approach to making brands coherent as products and teams grow.

I’ve also mentored a motion designer and helped introduce AI-assisted design and video workflows across the creative function. Earlier, I supported illustration and digital art production at Egle Zvirblyte Studio and delivered freelance graphic design, illustration, and concept art for independent clients.
