What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead engineering for product teams where I can shape technical strategy, build and mentor strong teams, and deliver scalable regulated platforms across fintech, AI, and web products.

At Iberbanco, I lead engineering for a fintech and banking platform, delivering client onboarding, KYC/KYB, compliance, transaction-approval workflows, portals, and white-label capabilities. I progressed from Senior Developer to Team Lead to Head of Engineering while owning architecture, delivery quality, technical strategy, hiring, and mentoring.

I've built integrations with banking, payment, identity-verification, and crypto providers, and guided scalable infrastructure decisions including microservices, load balancing, blue-green deployments, and database replication. Earlier, I reduced World Vision Afghanistan's payroll preparation from one week to a few minutes and led delivery across 20+ client projects at PomTech.
