What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote-friendly or relocation opportunities leading agile delivery, cross-functional programs, and process transformation. I value async collaboration, clear stakeholder alignment, and using AI-assisted workflows to improve planning, reporting, and delivery speed.

At PT. BFI Finance, I led agile delivery across multiple business units, including NDF2W, CMS 2.0, a real-time Mobile Audit App, and OCR and GenAI internal services. I streamlined JIRA workflows and adopted Claude/ChatGPT-assisted reporting and documentation to reduce delivery friction and agent dependency.
