At Alstom Transport, I define pricing strategies, margin targets, cash profiles, and risk positions for international railway tenders across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I work with bid, engineering, finance, procurement, legal, and regional teams to turn customer expectations into competitive, executable offers.
Previously, I led cost competitiveness and cost-saving roadmaps at Alstom, using should-cost analysis, procurement reviews, business cases, and design-to-cost initiatives to strengthen margins. I also supported project performance, QCDP monitoring, governance, risk recovery actions, and tender-to-project alignment.
Before rail, I managed cost targets and value-engineering initiatives for complex vehicle programmes at the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, following earlier industrial performance work at TREVES Group. I bring more than 10 years of experience connecting commercial strategy, cost, risk, and operational delivery.
