At Young Innovation Research Laboratory on Digital Technology - PTIT, I developed the AI service for PTalk, an IoT + AI voice interaction product. I built its end-to-end pipeline for speech recognition, Milvus-based knowledge retrieval, LLM inference, and text-to-speech.
At PTHub, I researched and developed speech-to-text solutions for a paperless meeting application. I built a speech-processing pipeline for speaker diarization and timestamped transcription, identifying who spoke and when.
At PTIT Innovationand Entrepreneurship Center(PTITIEC) - PTIT, I led development of a voice-only chatbot for elderly users, and was involved in building an AI-powered proctoring system. My projects also include a Vietnamese QA chatbot using RAG and a brain tumor MRI classifier that achieved up to 96.3% test accuracy.
