I am a Mechanical Engineer turned Dynamics 365 SCM functional consultant who has managed end-to-end D365 F&O SCM implementations since 2020, delivering timely go-lives and measurable operational improvements. I configure and customize core SCM modules—Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Product Information Management—and run fit-gap workshops to align system capabilities with business needs. I lead data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation efforts, and develop and execute test scripts for Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.

I create actionable dashboards and reports with Power BI and D365 reporting tools to enhance decision-making, and I deliver comprehensive user training, manuals, and post-go-live hypercare to ensure adoption. I collaborate closely with Finance, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure seamless module integration, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

I hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certifications, with additional PDUs toward PMP and formal training in inventory management and supply chain optimization. I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Pashto, and I seek roles where I can apply ERP expertise, project management skills, and a hands-on approach to streamline operations and solve complex supply-chain challenges.
