What I'm looking for

I'm seeking international remote, contractor, or project-based roles in health research, evidence synthesis, digital health, research coordination, or medical/scientific writing, with UK/EU overlap and selected US-hour overlap.

At University of Management and Technology, Lahore, I lead an ongoing observational study of physical activity and cognitive function in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. I designed the methodology and prepared the ethics/IRB documentation, and coordinate recruitment and data collection with 120 women in Lahore.

I'm developing MenoBrain, a digital-health prototype focused on tracking cognitive health and movement during the menopause transition. The project connects my research interests in women's brain health, physical activity, cognitive function, and menopause.

As an independent freelance medical and SEO content writer, I write evidence-informed healthcare and wellness content for general and digital audiences. I'm a co-author of three peer-reviewed publications, with another manuscript under review at Women's Health.
