Bisma Fayyaz

I'm currently advancing rehabilitation and public health research as Research Officer and Publication Officer at Rehman College of Dentistry, where I support faculty and students through the full research process.

I mentor more than 50 undergraduate and postgraduate students in methodology, proposal development, systematic reviews, scientific writing, and manuscript preparation. I also teach Research Methodology, facilitate Fundamentals of Health Research sessions, and deliver workshops on Evidence-Based Practice and Research Ethics.

As Publication Officer for the Journal of Rehman College of Dentistry, I manage Open Journal Systems workflows, coordinate peer review, support editorial decisions, and contribute to publication ethics and indexing. My work also includes ethical review coordination, institutional research activities, grant proposals, dissertations, and quantitative analysis in SPSS.

My clinical foundation includes evidence-based physiotherapy at Hayatabad Medical Complex, alongside healthcare quality and administration work. I'm particularly drawn to rehabilitation, patient-centred care, health outcomes, behaviour change, and feasible evidence-based interventions in Pakistan.
