I am a Network Security Architecture (Co-op) student with over 15 years of hands-on technical experience across network operations, operational technology, and systems integration. I combine practical field service expertise with enterprise-level monitoring and incident response skills.
My background includes senior NOC engineering, technical operations leadership, and refrigeration systems diagnostics, where I routinely troubleshoot PLCs, DDCs, and complex control systems under time-sensitive conditions. I have configured and supported network hardware such as VoIP systems and cellular access points, and maintained server environments across MS Exchange, MS SQL, and Linux.
