I architected the integration between new Scala services and legacy Oracle PL/SQL, and built a staged migration service that can pause onboarding or roll users back. I also defined shared development practices, including TDD, legacy parity checks, and CI/CD.
Previously at Mercator Digital, I delivered features for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. At QA Ltd - Capgemini deployment, I maintained live HMRC services and optimized a Scala/Play API with pagination; I also mentor and line-manage developers.
