I'm looking to lead health information management operations where I can improve data integrity, regulatory compliance, EPIC and EMR workflows, patient-record accessibility, and team performance.

At NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center, I streamline HIM operations across three campuses, integrate Lawrence Hospital into corporate standards, and improve EPIC workflows, dashboards, and medical-record completion processes.

I've led teams of 20–22 employees across NYP/Westchester and Weill Cornell, including an MPI cleanup of 40K+ duplicate records, ROI migration to Verisma, Joint Commission readiness, legacy EMR archiving, and initiatives that protect patient data while supporting reimbursement and legal requests.
