At Zehntech Technologies, I created user stories, BRDs, FRDs, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and requirement traceability matrices for a marketing automation platform. I worked across sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, development, integration testing, and requirement validation.

For an Odoo AI chatbot, I documented conversational workflows, reporting requirements, KPI insights, and role-based access controls while supporting UAT. I use stakeholder interviews, document analysis, interface analysis, brainstorming, gap analysis, and AS-IS/TO-BE analysis to shape practical business solutions.

At PathQuest, I prepared and validated operational data for the PQ Business Intelligence platform, using Excel, Pivot Tables, and dashboards to improve reporting readiness and identify data discrepancies.
