I’m an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer with 2+ years of enterprise experience implementing and supporting IAM tools and platforms, including SSO, MFA concepts, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles. I’m hands-on with Ping Federate for SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC, including requirements gathering and application onboarding across cloud and on-premises environments.

I deliver IAM operations focused on provisioning, de-provisioning, access lifecycle management, and incident resolution in SLA-driven environments. I troubleshoot SSO authentication issues such as SAML assertion errors, token validation failures, and user attribute mismatches, and I use PowerShell to extract connection dumps from Ping Federate to support access audits and compliance reporting.

I work end-to-end identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver / JML) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to maintain least-privilege access. I support quarterly access reviews and audits aligned with PCI-DSS 4.0 requirements, generate entitlement reports, and contribute to security posture assessments.

I prioritize audit readiness and operational excellence—creating 20+ process documents and runbooks in Confluence—and I’ve been recognized three times for strengthening enterprise security posture and proactive PCI-DSS 4.0 compliance contributions. I hold the Ping Identity Certified – Ping Federate credential.
