At HCL Technologies, I support The Adecco Group’s global infrastructure, including 5,000+ virtual servers and 100+ physical servers across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
I administer VMware vSphere environments with ESXi and vCenter, support Hyper-V HCI workloads, and provision, rebuild, and decommission virtual machines.
I manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, OS patching, remediation, firmware upgrades, and ESXi host maintenance. I also coordinate break-fix support with hardware vendors and handle incidents and changes through ServiceNow.
I bring 3.5+ years of infrastructure and data-center operations experience, with a focus on high availability, incident resolution, and operational standards. I’m currently building my knowledge of Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Azure-integrated environments.
