At HCLTech, I support Windows and VMware infrastructure operations for Essity, including security patching and compliance reporting for 3,500+ production VMs. I also patch and upgrade ESXi hosts using vSphere Lifecycle Manager.
For TotalEnergies, I administered a 12,000+ VM environment across VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, and Hyper-V. I handled VM lifecycle operations and used vMotion and Storage vMotion to address host resource contention.
I supported Nutanix AHV operations through Prism Element and Prism Central, including health checks and CVM performance monitoring. I also hardened Windows Server systems in the DMZ and monitored Windows Failover Cluster health.
I processed production changes and incidents in ServiceNow under ITIL procedures, and supported hardware diagnostics with HPE iLO, Dell iDRAC, and Lenovo XClarity. I hold the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification, and AZ-104 is in progress.
