I’m an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex information, identifying trends, and producing structured reports. In my current role at Oprix AI, I collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI-driven solutions for e-commerce and enterprise processes. I analyze existing workflows to find opportunities for operational efficiency through AI-enabled automation, and I prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation to align business and technical teams.
