Defined and ran an incremental migration of core banking systems from COBOL to Java, building the interoperability bridge and data abstraction layer that kept both stacks in production throughout the transition.

Diagnosed latency and 5xx errors degrading the ShipTrack platform, fixed infrastructure bottlenecks, and introduced monitoring and incident handling to prevent recurrence.

Delivered full programmes in Python, Java, PHP, and JavaScript from beginner to advanced, adding REST API, microservices, and DevOps modules, and built the interactive platform the courses ran on.

Taught Python to children aged 8 to 16, with a progressive curriculum from basics through to OOP and algorithms, plus hackathons and coding competitions.

Built face detection, tracking, and verification for live video against a secured internal database, and worked with the security team on GDPR compliance.

Built the maharat.ma course platform with live video, granular access control, and an engagement analytics dashboard, optimised to handle 10,000 concurrent users.

Built Sehati Athlète, a performance platform for professional athletes with Django backend, React Native app, React dashboard, IoT wearable integration, and offline synchronisation.

Delivered web, mobile, and desktop solutions for multiple clients, mostly on Python and Django. The Dawliz booking portal cut response times by 60% and release time by 70%.
