I've coordinated international shipments remotely at Vigo, managing delivery updates, tracking numbers, records, and supporting documentation from end to end.

I handled approximately 15–25 shipments each week while communicating daily with carriers and customers in English through email and chat. Working independently, I consistently met deadlines and kept clients informed throughout the shipping process.

Alongside logistics work, I've taught basic English reading, writing, and vocabulary to children, adapting lessons to each learner's pace. This strengthened my communication, patience, and time-management skills.

I'm completing a BA in English Language and Literature and bring professional English proficiency, strong computer skills, and the flexibility to work fully remote evening or night shifts. I'm quick to learn new software and internal tools and ready to contribute immediately.
