I'm currently supervising freight dispatch operations at VistaTransHolding, where I manage dispatchers, hire and train new staff, secure loads, coordinate freight transportation, and negotiate rates and delivery times with brokers and customers.
Previously, I worked as a Freight Dispatcher and Safety Dispatcher supporting trucking operations, driver communication, roadside repair, towing, accident management, and cargo recovery. I'm completing a bachelor's degree in International Trade and Logistics and bring fluent English and Russian communication to fast-paced, multilingual logistics environments.
