At trex Digital Manufacturing and Sysmond, I lead a 17-person product engineering organization across four autonomous teams and eight product lines spanning MES/MOM, IIoT, ERP/finance, analytics, and AI-enabled products. I restructured engineering around product-focused teams and introduced quarterly OKR governance.
I serve as the senior architecture authority across backend platforms, distributed systems, AI/LLM initiatives, and enterprise integrations. I also designed SDLC, testing, release, and CI/CD governance across 80 repositories and 44 centralized build configurations.
My work includes leading the technical design and delivery of SysmondAX, EasyThings IIoT Platform, NightWatch Data Collector, NightWatch Catalyst, trex Lens AI, and trex Factory Intelligence. I’ve also driven manufacturing analytics, RAG and knowledge systems, and a multi-tenant managed cloud platform for NightWatch IIoT Edge.
Previously, at İstanbul Bilgi University, I led software development for student information and institutional platforms, serving as principal software architect for SIS backends and enterprise integrations. Earlier, I led the IT Platform & Services team, designed SIS modules and mobile applications, and developed enterprise and mobile solutions including LENS Mobile for Laureate Education.
