What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote work with strong UK hours overlap.

At Newcastle Associates, I manage day-to-day IT operations and provide L1/L2 support to lawyers and staff. I administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 access, and manage email setup across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

At Stanbic IBTC Bank, I monitored production applications, servers and networks and handled about 200 tickets a day across BMC Helix Remedy, Zendesk, Zoho, Salesforce and Jira. I led root cause analysis for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, helping reduce mean time to resolution by 35% while sustaining 97.5% SLA compliance.

I also analysed transaction failures and supported new systems entering production by ensuring monitoring requirements and documentation were in place. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an Aptech Certified Network Associate certification; ITIL 4 Foundation is in progress.
