I’m a detail-oriented and creative Instructional Designer with a strong background in communication, data analysis, graphic design, and adult learning principles. I design engaging learning experiences and translate complex information into learner-friendly content.

At Zenith Bank PLC, I develop training programs using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE. I conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps, create facilitator guides, learner manuals, job aids, presentations, assessments, and e-learning content, and build interactive materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other digital tools.

I also focus on measurement and improvement—designing quizzes, assessments, and evaluation tools to gauge learning effectiveness and knowledge retention. By analyzing learner feedback and performance data, I continuously refine training materials and learning outcomes.
