Across Accenture projects for Whirlpool, US Steel, BestBuy, and McCormick, I've managed IBM Sterling and SEEBURGER integrations, resolved P1/P2 incidents, monitored file flows, and deployed trading-partner map changes. I work with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2, and SFTP transactions in SLA-driven production environments.
Previously at Univva Business Solutions, I migrated SEEBURGER maps, created AS2/SFTP profiles, and supported successful EDI posting to SAP.
