I'm an EDI subject matter expert and team lead building reliable B2B integrations for supply chain, retail, and manufacturing operations.
At Cleo Communications, I lead and mentor eight support engineers and serve as the primary contact for strategic clients including FedEx, RJW, Purolator, Target, and Krispy Kreme. I improve mapping and escalation workflows while strengthening troubleshooting and system reliability through root-cause analysis.
At Epicor, I led EDI delivery for Target, Bosch, and Mercedes-Benz, designing maps for 810, 856, 850, and 855 transaction sets. I also improved data quality and downstream reliability through smarter validation logic.
Previously, I delivered EDI integrations for HP, Stryker, and Cummins, migrated Oracle SOA infrastructure from 11g to 12c, and managed mapping for more than 50 trading partners. I bring hands-on experience across ANSI X12, EDIFACT, middleware, Java, SQL, and scalable integration delivery.
