At REFUGEE SUPPORT CENTER, I launched and managed an ECHO-funded protection program with a budget of more than €800,000. I supervised a team of 21 professionals and the program reached more than 18,000 beneficiaries.
I managed budgeting, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and donor reporting, while building partnerships with NGOs, INGOs, and government institutions. I also designed training and workshop content and monitored outreach and beneficiary activities.
At LINGOTICS, I managed recruitment and onboarding processes and collaborated with the software team on feature priorities and product quality. I also supported marketing strategy and contributed to business expansion; as a Visiting Lecturer at INTERNATIONAL FASHION ACADEMY (IFA PARIS), I taught Excel and designed a 10-week curriculum.
